Metal halide help.

Hi we have this 72'' coralife fixture w/ 3x 250se mh. The bulbs look incredibly dim and we've tried several different other ballasts, from magnetic to electronic. I know replacing the 4month old bulbs might be a fix, but they seriously look like they're 100w bulbs, and i don't think even bad bulbs would look THAT dim. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

The bulbs are phoenix 14000k, and I've tried the stock coralife magnetic ballasts, a pfo , an oddysea. The de pendant lights up fine w these ballasts .

pics of the fixture, I'm wondering if there is salt creep or some sort of film on the glass, pheonix on a e ballast should be fairly bright. What kind of lighting are you comparing it to?

i'll grab some pics, but i run 250w's everywhere else and i know these are not running properly. just ran out of ideas when i tried a different ballast and it didn't make a difference.

Honestly, I would just get a new fixture all together oddysea lights are not good at all !! There's nothing cheaper out there !! I have a 30" fixture and same thing, no good.

yeah.. i'll try new bulbs and see. i wasn't there to make the purchase, so i just listened to what i heard about it only being 4 months old. bummer.
