some of the tanks on this site are just CRAZY but most are using HGH from what i can understand. so if your a body builder and have a reef tank your in luck :lol:

That thread is what talked me into using the pappone and Amino acids. The coloration in those corals are is just sick! :shock:

It also helps to have a 5 year old tank you've taken great care of! If you read they use all diffferent kinds of methods and they all work! There are some outstanding ones on there for sure!
