Maroon Clowns spawning?

I have a pair of maroon clowns I think are trying to spawn. The male does his little dance with the female then she goes to the back of the tank. Don't know if she has any eggs or not the male stays in front with my BTA does not go to the back with her. I have ceramic tiles but she's not using them.
How can I get her to use a tile? Do I need to rearrange everything or just leave it alone. I've read Joyce Wilkerson's book along with others.

In most cases, he chooses the location not her.

She may have somewhere else in mind, but if he doesn't agree and follow her, she won't lay.


Unfortunately there is no way to control where they lay.

They will clean an area off by pecking at it and cleaning off all debri. You will be able to identify it.
