Manifold problems / Need some help

Hi All,
I'm having some issues with my current plumbing setup and not getting enough flow into my display from my sump causing a temperature drop. I don't really know a whole lot about plumbing and such but the problem seems to be like my return pump isn't able to handle everything attached to the manifold, I had to take my skimmer offline just to get water to push into the display. The weird thing is that it was working fine as of just a few days ago but then I started noticing my display was really cool and then I noticed no water going over the overflow and realized there wasn't really any water going into the display. I eventually cut off the valve on the manifold going to skimmer and water started flowing into my display again but still not too much, so right now I figure Ill go without the skimmer than let my temp drop too much and make off all my corals mad. So now I'm questioning whether or not I have it setup the best way and maybe I need to add a separate return pump for my prop tank, so I need some opinions and help with what I should do. Here is a rough diagram of what I currently have going:

Thank you!!

How big a return pump is it? Can you shut the valves some to the prop tank and skimmer and see if you can balance flow to everything? I had the same problem, my external pump is 1350gph and through the manifold with all 5 valves open I have no flow to the display, I have to adjust all valves to balance flow.

Clean the pump and make sure you didnt get some type of snail stuck in the line somehow

Hey bud, my return is a Sicce Syncra 5.0
1321 GPH
Max Head: 12.5 ft
Power Consumption: 95 Watts
Size: mm 173x99x118

The weird thing is that I thought I got more power before, is it possible they get clogged?

Yes clean it out. When I cleaned out my sicce I had to back open the valves on my manifold because it was pushing too much after that.

I'm not saying that this will fix it but at least it will be a first step to finding out if that is the problem or not

THANK YOU ALL!!! THE FLOOD GATES ARE ONCE AGAIN OPEN!! One Nerite Snail stuck in there brought my Sicce to it's knees but not it runs like new!! You all rock!!

That was too easy. I wanted to read 48 more suggestions and how you spent $200 in more plumbing parts, after replacing the pump with three other kinds. :)
