Male Hippocampus comes Expecting

I have a H. comes that is expecting any day now. I never had fry before and I know different species require different food at birth. Do I need to have bbs on standby or will they eat copods out of the tank? I am new at this so any help would be appreciated.
 
Get yourself some rotifers...I believe the comes fry are very small and need to be started on rotifers for any success. Good luck!
 
H. comes fry are very hard to raise-much like reidi fry. You'll want some rotifers (enrich with nano. algae paste) to feed the first few days. You can switch them over to bbs. You'll want to enrich them with T. iso after they are 12 hours old. Feed every 4 hours.

Keep them in a nursery tank with a sponge filter and an additional airline. Do multiple SMALL water changes a day to keep the water quality good.

Where did you get your comes from? Are the CB or WC?
