Majano Anemones

I got a really good deal on some really nice LR. The only problem is there appears to be some pest anem. I think Majano. I do not have anything in the tank as of yet except a bunch of LR. What is the best way to get rid of these?

I taped off the tank with black plastic bags for just about a week now and I took a peek this morning and the one I could see from the small hole I was looking it appeared to be fine. Will no light kill these? If so how long will it take?

Any one have any other ideas on how to get rid of them all? Not sure how many there are. I found 6 pretty quickly and look more but could not find any more. But I have about 200lbs of LR in the tank so I could not see all of the rock.
 
yea that is easy for the one you can see but what happens if there are more. There is way to much rock to search around and find them all. The one's i found are very small.
