Mag and cal low?

For some reason, not sure what, my calcium and mag are low. I do regular water changes (15%) with AquaVitro Salinity every week. I use only RODI water, with newer filters.

Alk-8
PH-8
salinity- .025
Nitrates- 0
phosphates- 0
CA- 380
Mag- 1100
 
How long has the salt been mixing before you use it? Test the new salt water also to see what it compares too the Lot # label

I use two part but not faithfully. I never really needed to before. I don't have a whole lot of coral, some sps frags and some zoas.

I'd say based on the above you're probably not mixing your salt enough and letting it devolve fully if you're mixing it for just 20 minutes. I'd let it go for an hour with your next batch getting it to take temp and then test it before your next water change. I always mix my salt for at least 4 hours before I put it in my tank.
