Looking for new pc bulb, 03 or blue 7100k?

[I have both (well, the blue I have is T5). Blue is very very blue and the 03s are a light violet or purple. I personally like them both, but think the blues take more daylight or 10000k bulbs to compensate for their color.]
 
[7100K was/is called actinic, but 03's are the true actinic bulb.]
 
[I haven't personally done the research...I've read that neither are as good as daylight bulbs for growth, but both are better for color. Seems most people prefer the 03s.]
 
[03 is the bulb of choice. Sort of like Euroreef is the skimmer of choice. :)]
