I had a similar problem with one of my 65w ballasts as well. I found that I needed a Workhorse 3 120V (long case) by Fulham. There is a good selection of ballasts at www.1000bulbs.com I purchased my ballast from them and am very satisfied.
well after tinkering, I managed to burn out my other ballast, so it looks like I'll be needing 2 65w pc ballasts. I don't know if I'll be able to get a pass from the hospital to goto next wave, but my wife will, so I'll let her know.
