Live rock hitchhiker help

My tank has been set up for 2 weeks, and has finished the cycle. I picked up some more LR from a local person and I put it in my tank and they're growing on one of the live rock. The rock has been sitting in a plastic tub with a heater and powerhead, but they said they took out the heater last night so it got a little cold. Any chance these guys can make it?

BTW, this is my first SW tank!

Edit: Also, I'm wanting to try and move it towards the front of the tank and they are attached to a rock on the back facing out horizontal. How can I get them off without hurting them and put them on a small LR?

Edit 2: It wasnt a sun coral, I added a pic

you don't have to feed them mysid.. any frozen/flake/pellet food small enough will work

break the rock. that's the easiest way. if the rock has lots of holes and is "soft" enough (sandy) then take a knife to cut on the base to lift up the coral. otherwise, break the rock w/ a chisel

thanks for the reply...i started looking around trying to figure out what it could be and this is what it looks like. they are the gold ones with long tentacles. they are spread out around the large rock, and there are about 4 of them. how can i reattach them to another rock, and what specifically are they?
