Little Help with my Pallys/Zoos

Hi DFWMAS,

I have a few Zoo or Pallys can’t really remember that where in my 14G tank at home, They are all very colorful and look great. But they have a little bit of hair algae on them. I have removed them and brought them to work. What is the best way to clean them up I can put them in a 12g glass only by themselves. I was thinking maybe that and getting a few hermits or something and leaving only them and the crabs so they can pick them clean. or will it just go away after some time. Any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks guys

When I have hair algae on a certain coral or a small rock.. I place the coral/rock in a hermit crab container (very cheap. you can get it at the pet store) and then I add about 5-10 hermit crabs into the container. I don't feed the hermits and let them graze on the algae. Once it's clean I take it out. I usually leave them in the container for about a week
