Lighting recommendation for zoa/paly tank

Current lighting on my kids 20g tank(24"x12"x16") is a clamp-on JBJ Viper 150w MH w/ phoenix 14k bulb and a single 24" TrueLumen Pro 453nm Blue strip.
The plan is to make it a predominantly zoa/paly tank.

I know a lot of folks on here keep high end palys, would you recommend I keep the MH? My preference is to make the switch to LEDs.

If I were to switch to LEDs, what would be the advantage/disadvantage of something like an AI Nano versus adding another TrueLumen Pro 50/50 and having a setup like this..(http://www.current-usa.com/aquarium-led-lights/truelumen-pro-dual-led-striplight-kit)?

Thanks for any and all opinions.

I would man that is a ton of light for zoos and palys

I know, I have the arm all the way extended to where the light is a good 15" above the water surface.

I have sps and zoa tank. My zoas grow out of control since ive added them. I run only DiY LEDs. I feel that I get a lot more growth with leds then anything else. I like to run about 50/50 white/blue then and like 25% mixed colors.

There is a myth imo yht zoas dont like high light. I have a 250mh plus 18 leds at 100% @ 700mA on a 40 breeder. My zoas have grown like a weed

+1 I have to agree with this post. I have 2x250w MH + 24 LEDs over my 90g and have zoas/palys scattered all over from the sandbed to 6" below the surface next to a red plant acro and they are growing like weeds.

My ladys 29 nano cube has pretty much the same light except its built in and 1 inch from the water surface. Zoas are grows like crazy all the way to the waterline.

I will say one advantage of the leds if you get real fancy you can make all kind of colors. Yeah most of them look fake but its kinda neat. I played with a radion over my tank for a few days. One of the setting was like a vlack light, even the live rock glowed.

Its not necessary to have MH for zoo's but it doesn't mean they will hate it either. I personally have DIY CREE led's and my zoo's grow like mad at any level in the tank. Even my zoo's 3 inches from the direct LED grow and color up great.
