Lighting question with crude drawing attached!

I am trying to figure out my lighting scheme on the new 125 that I have set up. I can not afford 3 more MH right now and I was wondering if I could place my 400w MH on one end and pc on the rest of the tank.

I just wonder if it would look weird. I plan to keep a coulpe of sps on the right side of the tank on the rock island and softies on the left under the PCs. I should have about 950 total watts over the tank.

Has anybody seen a tank with MH on one side and PC on the other.
 
If you want to take a different route I would run 4 VHO's or T5's long ways instead of all those PC's. It will give you the same amount of light and use less energy.

I also think you could just add a 250w MH instead of PC's because it will cover everything in a 125.
 
I ready have the 3 of the PCs and I was thinking I could get buy until I buy 2 more 250 MH Then I am going to put the 400 in the middle and the 2 250s on the sides.
