So I have been planning a 29 set up and I am trying to go cheaper on the lights. I bought a light set up from HD that is just a dual T5 fixture that is basically the housing, ballast and bulbs. I built the box for it to hang over my tang and wired it up, then realized that the bulbs are NO T5 and the ballast I guess is NO, too. It says it can run 2 14w T5 bulbs. Could I put 24w HO T5's in it and be ok?
