Lighting a 55g reef

Would a 150w MH be sufficient enough to light a 55g reef tank. I already have a 150w viper K2 and am trying to not have to upgrade everything. Let me know what you think. As of now, I have a couple frags of GBN and a Ponape Birdsnest, along with a hammer and various zoos. also have a open brain and a plate.

You wont get the spread needed to light the whole tank. You'll need to add a second 150w mh.

If you supplement you could do a center spotlight and put softies on the sides.

Are you set on halides or are you considering LEDs as an option? If you are considering LED's I have a spare AI Sol Super Blue you could try just to see if you like LED lighting.
