LED/Meanwell Driver Help

I am having an issue with my LED's. A while back one of my blue arrays went out, so last weekend I took them off my tank and checked and made sure everything was wired up correctly and there weren't any loose wires; there weren't and everything is wired up right. The array is working, but it won't get any brighter. It is on it's lowest setting and no matter what I turn the dimmer knob to, it won't get any brighter. I have checked and made sure it is wired up to the dimmer and to the driver right. Could this be a driver issue? Would replacing the driver fix the problem? I need help ASAP. My tank looks so ugly without my blue array.

You can test with just a 10v power supply and taking the pot out of the loop.

The dimmer is inline with a 10V power supply and just varies the input to the driver from 0 to 10 volts. If you remove the dimmer and wire the 10V power supply directly to the dimming input it will go to full brightness.

But if the dimmer was the problem said:
If the driver was a problem you would have the same issue with the other array's connected to it. Each driver only runs so many led's so all led's on each driver will be dimmed by a single dimmer connected to that individual driver. You can have one dimmer control more than one driver so if you have 3 drivers for your blue lights and all three drivers are controlled by one dimmer but only one has a problem then you can just swap another driver to the problem string and see if that work's. A pic of your setup or more information would really make it easier to help out. [smilie=smile.gif]

I will take some pics when I can. There is only one array connected to the "problem" driver. I have 4 drivers running one array each. Two drivers running the blues connected to one dimmer and two drivers running the whites connected to the other dimmer.

Is the whole array out? Have you tested the individual LEDs? Just need 2 double A's to teat each one

Yeah the whole array is out. Well they're not really out, they're all on, they just won't get any brighter than the lowest setting.

Swap the wiring from blue array driver 1 with driver 2 and see if the problem follows the driver or not.

If you have connectors it should be a quick and easy test
