LED - Lame ... Lumens, Watts... Confused I am...

OK. I have been reading some of your LED stuff, but I do not have an engineering degree, so I am in way over my head. How does lumens equate to watts? I guess it doesnt, and comparing the two is a way to show the efficiency of a light source. So when someone says their LED makes 100 lumens, how does that compare to say, a 65w PC, or a 54W T5?
