Just joined. Looking for some people willing to help out.

Hello everyone. I just joined this week. Everyone is awesome and I look foward to having a great time here.

Ok as for the help. I really don't have anything in my tank as of now. I have 6 fish and some GSP. My dad is not really willing to spend the store price for corals so I was wondering if anyone was willing to put together a starter pack for me (I will pay of course), or is willing to let me host something, Co-op rules apply. Anything is fine really. Just looking for the experience and to add some color to my tank.

I am also willing to trade the GSP for something.

If you can tell us a little bit about your tank, we can probably find some things to fit your needs. Size, age, lighting, parameters, you experience level, etc.
And welcome to the boards.

Yeah sure! Its a 55 gallon with PC lighting (I like the lighting). I have a refugium or sump. I really don't know what the difference is. In one section there is bio balls and in the middle I have lots of rock and sand and some cheeto, and the far compartment is just the pump. Its about 1 year old, but we moved so they transferred about 6 months ago. I'm not sure what parameters are. Is that all the water levels? I went to Neptune's today and said everything was fine, but the alkalinity was a little low. I added a buffer right away. I'm not super experienced, but I'm not exactly a beginner, maybe when it comes to corals though.

It helps if you post your general location I'm sure someone will be happy to help out. Oh and welcome to dfwmas.

well i am about 45 minutes from you but i would give you some zoas shrooms and some other stuff that would do ok under pc lighting '
thanks for joining
