I want to make a build log for my 29g oeanic bio -cube. here is where I will list what I have and people can just post or tell me as I go along.
currently running:
a filled 29g bio cube
live rock - est. 25-40 pounds live rock out of establized tank.
live sand using the sand that came with tank. carrbian sea pink 20-25 pounds est. (hope that wasn't a bad ideal)
light 10k went out so I'm currently running just a blue coral-life actinic right now. plans for me will be to find a 50/50(10k/actinic) and a full actinic to replace the almost burned out actinic and 10k.
skimer is the asm or aquatic life used so I forgot what it is maybe some one can I.D it for me.
return is a stock biocube pump, might do the rio upgrade down the road.
Water generation rig:
kent 4 stage RODI 50 gpd.
with a 55g food grade barell for holding ro/di
Quarantine Tank:
if needed will be a 10g with a
some type of HOB filter with rubble in it.
tetra 50 watt heater
light stock.
Backup stuff:
power heads mj1200
misc heaters.
misc hydrometers.
got salt
got jugs.
testing
dkh/alk 9
ammonia .25ppm
nitrite 0ppm.
nitrate looks to my eyes in between 5.0-10.0 ppm.
ph lights of 8.0
don't have any other test kits.
