Jebao replacement parts

I have a Jebao wp-25 that the controller went bad on, so I need to get a replacement. I would like to also have a spare since I have 2 wp-40s as well. I purchased this bad controller from one of our sponsors, but am so far getting no reply as to where I might get a replacement. I found a place called "reefshops.com" that sells parts, and they seem to have reasonable prices, although I have not got to where I find out the shipping prices yet. I expect that they are in China, judging from the web site. Anyone else needing parts, and/or know best place to get them?
 
fish-street.com, in hong kong. from what i have read, if you buy from them they will warranty it and send you parts. You just pay shipping. I got a dual controller with 2 wp25 from them.. English is horrible on site, look at reefcentral's wp threads, that is were I have seen people saying they have had good warranty experiences.

edit-forgot to mention, they have some us based warehouses. When selecting shipping you can pick a us warehouse, if one is listed. If not listed, they don't have it stored here yet..
 
I understand that I must have purchased my unit from them in order to buy parts from them. So I guess I will have to go elsewhere.

Do you like the double controller setup? I am running 2 wp-40s on a Hydor Koralia smartwave wavemaker so as to alternate between them. Two running at same time is too much, but alternating them I can get flow to both ends of tank alternately. Do you think I would benefit from the double controller as compared with what I am doing now?

huh, I didnt know that.. if you are alternating the pumps and happy with that, you would probably be happy with the dual. space wise I didnt want 2 controllers for it, each needing a power supply. The only reason I wish I had 2 controllers is that it would be nice to set one on else and the other on a constant mode for a little counter current. Both set on else is way too much flow for my tank. I am happy with all the other settings though.. looking at fish street just now it looks like they have set W2 mode to give one pump a stream and one a wave, which is better but still not else mode. you might try posting and see if anyone who has upgraded to a dual controller might sell you one of their old singles.. thats what I would try
