JBJ ATO help

Just installed a new JBJ ATO on my RSM. I'm using a new Aqualifter with it. Float switch activates, pump comes on... but shuts off after only 4 minutes.?? Correct water level hasn't been reached. The JBJ is still showing the switch & pump lights on. I'm only using 1 float switch (tank) and have the setting on "A" mode per the instructions. I can switch it to "B"mode then back to "A", or unplug the JBJ then plug it back in .... either one of these will restart the pwer to the pump. Any help here?
Thanks

The jbj has a time limit so a stuck float won't overflow the sump. If the aqualifter isn't keeping up you will need something bigger like a maxijet.

My aqualifter worked fine until the climate dried up and it couldn't keep up, even on the longest timeout setting. I got a mini-jet 606 and it hasn't failed me yet!

Thanks guys. I found the timer ;) I'll try the intial setting and see how well it keeps up. I had let it get pretty low to see everything worked good. Actually a nice safety feature.

I was having the same issue but I guess you found the timer inside. I turned mine two notches and it works fine now. Still stops a little short but that is ok with me.
