I got the thing up and running now with all my SPS and my new 2 ORA Platinum Picasso Clownfish thanks to Frank. These are awesome looking fish and not very many people have them. Anyway after I installed the skimmer that came with it and opening the hood, the skimmer broke!. Apparently you can't open the hood with the skimmer cup in place? WTF? What a poor design. After reading up on it, I decided to go with the AquaC Remora skimmer and a Maxijet 1200. The HQI lighting heats the water up pretty quick. 4 fans and still heats it up. I can just imagine what the one's do with the CF upgrade do. So I'll be using my Teco TR10 chiller to fix that. The silicone on the back wall did not seal off the display area from the rear compartments. It has a major leak into the pump area. I have some aquarium silicone to fix that. I put in a Vortech MP10, added all live rock rubble to the filter basket (no sponge, carbon or bio) and powered everything with my Aquacontroller Jr. Besides replacing stock pumps with Maxijet 1200s, what other upgrades are there? I replaced the JBJ 14K bulb with a Radium 20K also. I am not using the Ocean Pulse Duo alternating wavemaker. My AC Jr does that for me. I'm building a custom stand to house the chiller and all electrical components.
