Apparently I went too deep into the sand bed and released some toxins into my tank. I almost lost my nems and a branching hammer. Anyway, will a SRBTA regain it's color over time?

Basically they both look dark purple with just a hint of rose on the tips. They almost died, but they are eating silversides again and are back to their normal size and shape. They just aren't the right color.
 
Given good lighting and regular feeding (I'd recommend smaller foods, thought like brine and mysis) it should recover.
 
Thanks Scott, it has been a little over a week and they are doing great, they are starting to gain the rose color back at the tips and reallty starting to open up and stretch for the light again. I was really worried because it had just split and I was concerned it was too weak to recover. These little critters are tough!! I thought the LTA was going to recover first, but the SRBTA's are really making a quick comeback. I won't be using that vacuum again anytime soon LOL
