I am planning a livestock list for my upcoming SPS dominated reef and was wanting to keep a few chromis and some Anthias (or just Anthias without the Chromis). What's the easiest and prettiest Anthias to keep? The size tank I'm debating on is from 100 gallons to 150 gallons. Thanks for your input

Jeff

We have Lyretail Anthias (three females and one male) along with several Green & Blue Coral Chromis in our 200 gal reef tank for over a year now. They really add a lot of color to the tank but sometimes can be picky eater. You should also see this thread. http://www.dfwmas.org/Forums/viewtopic.php?t=34404

try and stay away from dispar's they are beautiful fish but the capture methods are far from humane and typically lead to kidney failure in the fish!!!

Bartletts in my tank. Very easy to keep and beautiful to look at. Stay away from Tukas. Impossible to keep.

I have Lyretail also, 1 male and 4 females. They are great and so far have been really easy to care for. I have not kept any other types, but I would recommend Lyretail Anthias.
