I bought what resembles the body shape of a mandarin dragon, but is black and gray. It has not swam yet, mainly staying on bottom, but has the fins that rotate like a dragon, and he loves frozen (have fed him blood worms and mysis). I'll try to get a pic up later today.

Man, its close

In reading about the sea moth it states that he is a bottom eater and eats almost as a dragonette. This guy jumps after frozen food. He doen't have wings (or maybe not yet) but fins that circulate like a dragonette. But he does seem to have the camoflauge that they discuss

I've seen light-banded scooters but never a dark one and never noticed the circular moving fins like a dragonette sob what an idiot

Nah dude, I made the same mistake once. I was used to the plain ole grayish blennies, but once I saw one with red on it's fins and darker. I asked what it was and was told it was a scooter. I felt like a newest newbie as well, but it's understanding how you'd get confused.
