I agree also. I'll post a picture of my green BTA tomorrow for comarison (the lights just went out).

Lucky. 8)

Do you have another BTA in your tank? If so can we get a pic for comparison?

Looks kinda like my BTA when it's deflated.

No I don't have another one:( I would like to because my clowns fight over who is in this one. I diden't know it was a BTA. It was in a tank that said long tentical. but from me looking around I coulden't find a pic that looked like it. I thank you all again for IDing the little guy... It never gets any larger then in this photo, Looks like that all the time all streached out.

If it stays that way, it is my impression that it is starving for light. Where is it placed in regards to your lighting, and what lighting does your tank presently use? Over what sized tank...

Well my tank is a 90 gallon. He is pirched about 1/3 the way up.(I do have more rock on the way so maybe he will get Higher on it once its cured) I currently have 4 65 watt PC and 3 40 watt long florecent ones. The bulbs are 18K power glo 40 watt actinic 40watt. and a 50/50 combo 6500k. the PC are 2 12k and 2 Actinic bulbs. Its a cluge of things I have set up. I would like to set up a MH in a canopy but havent got a good skimmer/sump Yet, The list goes on. I have had this guy for 4-5 months. Feed him Krill one or twice a week and Dose the tank with DT's every other day.

Your lighting is exceedingly weak for an anemone. Stacking the rock higher so it is closer to the lights will help for now. Remember, add up only the wattage directly over the animal is the most accurate.

The food and phyto is probably helping it survive for now.

Just bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7712263900&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 Hope that helps... or if it the right kind lol

400w light over a 90g? Should be plenty. You may have to move things down and away from the light, at least at first.

Cool, I just hope i can keep the darn thing cool I bet it trows off a ton of heat :( I thought it was a good deal and well im planing on getting a Large tank once I move.

Put a fan in your canopy, and it should be okay. Watch that thermometer for the first week or two very closely.
