Does anybody know what these are?

Are they good or bad?

If they are bad, how do I get rid of them?

They look like hydroids, which are generally bad as they pack a powerful sting and can kill your corals. I believe they're actually a type of jellyfish or a stage in a jellyfish's life cycle. I think Serk has dealt with these before. I don't know a lot about them (obviously) or really had to get rid of them, but that's what they look like. Sorry if I have been of little help

In the second picture, the small circle on the far left looks like a harmless sponge.

You can superglue over them.

I picked some off with tweezers, but that probably has a similar effect to shredding aiptasia.
