The picture is rather blurry, making it hard to see what I look for normally, but I have a feeling it might be a plating hydnophora perhaps. Can you touch it with something (chopstick, perhaps) and get a sharp picture with the polyps retracted?

Is it a stony or is it soft?

It is stony but the litttle fingers are soft. The fingers will completly retract back into the coral when touched. When this happens it is a pink and green bubbly surface

It is a good looking piece. You say that it has a calcium structure under the polyps? It could be a Podabacia (Plate Coral) looking at my reference guide coral book.
