Not with the quality of that picture, that's nearly impossible to label. You would need a much better macro shot, not a cell phone shot, and normal lighting rather than actinics.
I've looked at this thread 3 times thinking I could ID some critter for someone, adding zoa or coral in the title really helps others know whether they can help or not! I'm no good at zoa ID.
