[Are the pictures of the same anemone?

Do you have any other anemones in your tank like Bubble Tip, Long Tentacle, etc.

My guess is if you are getting a lot of these showing up they are bad anemones, but it is hard to tell from the two pictures you have.]

[they are the same species of anemone but both are different ones because i cannot get a good picture of the other side due to the area it is in.

i dont have any other anemone in my tank but theses hitch hikers from my LRs.

they sorta look like a baby rock anemone

[I don't know what kind, but they are not aiptasia sp. from what I can see. I think they look neat and with regular feedings might grow into something pretty as well as interesting. I used to keep two small hermit crab anemones that were my favorite critters at the time. I don't think yours will be pests, but, if they should start reproducing like aiptasias, then the kalk/vinagar paste treatment should control them, too. I would just enjoy them, feed them, and see what happens. ]

[i did a little research and do believe these arent aiptasia..from what i read, baby aiptasia look identical to the grown ones except that it is smaller...]

[as far as im concerned its not aptasia. I had one in my old tank that never seemed to multiply.]
