ID Me - Noxious Macro Algae

I got this macro algae as a hitch hiker attached to my tube anemone casing. It was growing slow but the tank has been warmer lately and this macro is just starting to cover everything. The macro grows with a rhizome and fronds like a caulurpa but very delicate. The fronds are 0.5"x0.125" in size. Eradication is manual removal only. It spreads easy. Any ideas to what I have?

I'm wondering if it is a mutation of the regular Prolifica species. The regular full size is very pretty with fronds getting to 6" tall.

There are a couple of different prolifera subspecies, and quite a few caulerpa species that look similar.

Caulerpa prolifera f. obovata looks more like what you have.

The 'f' is form. There's also 'var' (variety), 'sub' (subspecies), 'cf' (confer- basically 'looks like'), 'af'/'aff' (affinity- also a 'looks like').
