Asterina star. I have no problem with them, they eat algae & coralline off the glass, rocks, and corals. Since yours is on the algae, it's a great bet that's what it's eating. There are some that eat corals but I've never experienced that. They propagate by splitting, so you'll end up with a bunch if they have enough food source.
