Hi I was seeing if someone could ID this coral and if it needs intense light or medium lighting? Its small cause I just moved it since it fell

Looks like a toadstool leather but it definitely looks pissed off. said:
I agree, but it looks more like it is dying. How long have you had it? What are your tank parms?

i've had it for 11 months now? my nitrate/ammonia/phosphate are all 0, calcium 540. It looks a lot better when I don't touch it. It fell to the sandbed so I glued him to a rock right before i took the picture, could that be the reason? I used to have T5 on him and he was fine but now I switched to LEDs so i wanted to make sure I had sufficient light. He has been on LEDs for about 4 months now just afraid of bleaching him

Well I will tell you about my experience. I had a yellow Fiji leather that started off real small and got to the size of basically a dinner plate. I got some bright idea that it would look better on the other side of the aquarium. When I moved it.... It looked exactly like what you have there and unfortunately perished. IF you have moved it then maybe that is the problem. If that's the case, I don't know how to tell you to save it. I tried moving mine back to the original place and that didn't work. I tried fragging it, but it was too late. I don't think switching lighting sources had anything to do with it.
