ich in my tank

Help I think I have started to get ick in my tank I have a 175 gallon tank and got home yesterday and saw my fish with some big spots on there fins cant tell if that is ick have a lot of tangs and foxface and small fish need help will conpensate. if some one can help dont want my fish to die

I just went through this in my 225. I upped the temp to 80, fed often and with garlic, ran a uv filter, did a few water changes, and after looking good and then worse 4-5 times seem like i beat the battle! The real question is what caused stress to get the ich? Mine was a tank transfer. Any new additions to the tank?
 
pictures would be nice to see if what it looks like to ensure its not flukes. Has your temp been swinging with the weather outside? Do you have a chiller and heater on the aquarium?
