I think they were blue tip xenias?

I saw some xenias at aquatic designs yesterday.. I think they might be blue tip xenias, but they don't really pulse...
and they were very thin... not in a stalk like regular xenias...

if someone happens to go there, please check it. I would like to know if that's what blue tip xenias look like...
