I need a new addition.. - What can i get?

[Im looking to add a new fish to my tank, I swapped my 72g this weekend for a drilled 46 gallon (will be adding a sump very soon!)

EDIT: hit enter too soon...

here is the rest, my wife is wanting a yellow tang (i think thats what it is.) will one of these be ok in 46g? I currently only have a clown. There is 45-50lbs of rock with a good amount of cleaners (snails shrimp, crabs etc.)

If the yello tang is not a good idea... what do you recommend?

thanks

[The tank is too small for a Tang. If you wanted to get a little tang and was willing to give it up in 12 months for a home that is larger, then you could go that route. Personally, I'd prefer to get fish that fit the tank so that you don't have to go through the trouble of catching it later.

There are many nice smaller fish that will work in a tank that size, but we'd need to know the livestock (corals) that you want to keep. For example, a smaller angel would do fine, but it might eat LPS corals and/or clams perhaps.]

[A Royal Gramma would be a good addition. They are reef safe and have nice colors (yellow and purple). I love mine, he is always active and does not bother anyone. I believe they reach a maximum of about 3 inches.]

[They have a great little goby called a Randall goby at Exotic Aquatics. You just don't see them very often. I have mine paired with a pistol shrimp.]

[If id have to donate the fish a few months later.. I dont think I will take that route.

I do not know what kind of corals I plan to get.. :( i dont know enough about them yet. But I have a few months to go before I start looking to get any corals.]

[You do seem to be interested in Anemones and are planning to run VHO's correct? Do you have clowns already? Are you looking for a yellow fish?]
