1) You can put a glass in your tank at a 45 degree angle, and put some meaty food in there. The idea is the crab smells it and climbs the rockwork to enter the glass, only to slide down into the glass with no way of climbing out.
2) If they are in a specific rock, pull the rock out with the crab(s) still inside. Remove them with carbonated water out of your tank.
3) Find their hole, stab it repeatedly while swirling your implement in a circulation fashion repeatedly for 30 seconds. Bits of crab meat will blow out into the tank and everyone will eat the crab. (Personal experience after the loss of several fish to the crab)
