I have a question on my bicolor angel

Hello all
I have a question on my bicolor angel
He has a red patch on his head, this is what I noticed first [2to3-days]
In addition, around his gill cover looks more red, not sure if I am just looking too close might be normal?
He is acting normal, feeding and swimming
So what do you think?

Anyway you can QT him for some time to observe him and maybe treat him if needed?

IMHO, it looks like a fungus / bacterial thing. But he may have just bumped into a rock, too.
