I got a mini- Sea Hare

[Jeff]

I got a mini sea hare yesterday at Exotic Aquatics in Plano. This thing is cool. I've never seen them any smaller than a baseball but these are the size of grapes. I'm hoping he gets real hungry for briopsis and other nusance vegitation real soon. I also have a lettuce nudi in there and I saw it sitting on a lump of coral that is covered in the algae yesterday. When he moved, there was a nice clean polyp underneath. It looked like crop circles in my tank.

The coolest thing was the sea hare was only $9 with our discount. I should've gotten two.

[melev]

Yeah, one for you and one for me.

[Jeff]

A full size one would disappear in your tank just like the mini disappeared in mine. It looks like a bit of rock until it moves.

Next time you see him, take a pic, sounds cool!

[Jeff]

I'll see what I can do. He/she is the cutest little lump of snot you've ever seen.

I just picked one up at Franks, and it is acclimating as we speak.

[Jeff]

I've been looking for it tonight. I found a small lump of meat that might have been him, I'm not sure but I think it is.

I bought 2 from liveaquaria and after 2 week they both died on the same day..in 2 different tanks..could not belive it..one tank had plenty of algae also.
