hydroid question

My 7 gallon nano is finally getting done cycling and I'm noticing the little hydroids everyone talks about on the glass. I've heard that they're no big deal, don't really cause any harm, but I've heard otherwise too. They're also starting to form on my LR, which I haven't heard anyone mention before. Should I go get some hydrox or just say forget it? Oh, and there won't be any seahorses in this tank.
 
that's what I thought, but the thing is, the ones on the rocks look just like the ones on the glass. I guess I should just get some hydrox huh?
 
What do they look like. little snowflakes or little anemonies?

If snowflakes no issues. If little anemones get rid of them now with hydrox while no livestock are at risk!
 
I had them in my seahorse nano - I squished everyone I saw with my fingers. They seem to be all gone now...
