Hydor Koralia 3 Powerheads

Okay, so I was doing my monthly cleaning of powerheads last week and broke the delicate little white plastic shaft. This really was a shame since I really love these powerheads.

I contacted the Hydor Co thru their website and explained the little shafts were very delicate and break easily. I asked if they or their LFSs in the Metroplex may have replacement parts for these PHs.

I received in the mail today 2 metal shaft replacements from Hydor!

Is this not the coolest thing ever?! :eek: : :D

I love this company and their products. Now my K-3s work great and I can clean them monthly without the worry that I might break the shaft.

gail those three's i gave you are seem to have bad mojo....can you pm their number i am going to call them and ask if i can get the new nozzles they are including with their koralias
 
Let us know how it goes Pampee. I've got 2 3's and would like the new nozzles if they are mailing them out for free. I know Tunze sent me the small covers they started adding in with their nano streams.

I got an email back from them yesterday. They are going to send me 2 nozzles when they become available in the US. They didn't give a date so I don't know when that will be.
