click find your local fish store in the top right and scroll to the bottom, you will see places listed that carry acrylic. better yet though, just go to a glass shop, have them cut and polish some glass and use those for baffles. be sure to get the glass cut 1/8" smaller on each side than the inside width. (ie if that 55 is 12" get glass cut 11 3/4")

what are baffles is that the sheets of glass? do you know haw much the glass normaly costs? Or i guess i could go to my lfs (aquatic trading) and get the glass peices cause he was going to build it for me but didnt want to pay what he was asking ($150).

A baffle is a barrier between two sections. This page will help you understand it more readily:

Make sure the glass or acrylic is at least 1/4" thick. Anything less will bow, crack, and/or pull away from the walls of the 55g.

Glass would be best, as silicone bonds to it perfectly.

so the baffels are just glass in between the skimmer and fuge that helps get rid of microbubbles? Do you no how much the glass sheets normaly cost? Thanks

Correct.

The four baffles cut to size, polished, should run less than $40 total.
