How to improve filtration

I have a 150 gallon sps dominated mixed reef tank and want to get the best filtration. I currently run a R-200 eshopps sump, a reef octopus skimmer rated up to 200 gallons, filter sock with a carbon bag inside, a two little fishies GFO reacter, and I am about to add a UV sterilizer. Is there anything else I can improve the filtration?

What about your biological filtration? How many pounds of live rock do you have in your system? How deep is your sand bed?

I have a 3 inch sand bed in the DT and a inch of both refugium mud and sand in refugium and 170 pounds of rock in DT and 10 pounds in the regugium white caulerpa and chaeto

Not sure what it is you need to improve unless you are unsure about a heavier stock later on. Sounds like you are rocking and rolling to me. Great job! The only thing to really watch out for on systems that are virtually no nutrients is the build up of detritus over time. Check around rocks and caves, low flow areas of sump and what not. Keep your invertebrate collection up, good variety of animals, and even dosing copepods over time will help to ensure a full food chain. Kind of what Mike mentioned above, we strongly believe in the dosing of new strains of bacteria cultures throughout the life of the tank. Would love to see pics of your system!
