How to get an anenome off a rock?

[I have a small BTA that i would like to get off a rock in my tank because it is too close to my SPS. How do I go about doing this?
Should i block the light with another rock and hope it moves?]

[Take you time this takes about five minuets. Get a surgical glove you probably really don't need it but they are slimy. Put your hand over the anemone. start gently trying to get a finger under the BTA. It will take a few minutes of gentle prying but eventually you will get under a small lip of a section. slowly work under the anemone and it will come off.]

[I have the same problem. I tried the powerhead but all that did was annoy my xenia and cause the bta to retract into his hole. Someone else suggested putting a cup over the anemone to block the light. I finally gave up and bought a clown to go with it. You can see where it's stinging the coral. Good luck.]
