How often and how much to feed? Waterflow ok?

Ok, I have added the following livestock to my tank:

3 Marg. Snails
2 Bumble Bee Snails
2 "reef" hermit crabs
1 Azure Damsel
1 Domino Damsel

My question is, how much should I feed the fish? I bought some frozen omnivore food for the fish and flake food. They don't seem to eat the flake food and they are small so they don't eat much of the frozen food. They are both really small. So, I fed them a quarter of a cube of the frozen food today, they weren't able to finish that. Should I ffed them again? I don't know how often I should feed the fish.

i also have a 270 gph powerhead in the front-top-left corner of the tank flowing down to the bottom-right corner. My brother told me that isn't necessary, and that I should just keep it in the back. My set up is as follows:

190 gph powersweep powerhead in each top-back corner
126 gph powerhead 201 on right side of overflow box(about 16" from the Left of the tank)
270 gph powerhead 401 on front-top-left corner flowing diagonal to bottom right side
270 gph powerhead 401 (about 16" from the Right of the tank)
380-400 gph return is aimed to hit about 20" from the right about 3" from the top

I was thinking I would trade out the corner powerhead 401 with the 201 and use the 201 during water changes and such.

BTW I have a 90g RR Oceanic. Thanks for your help. If I am not clear on anything, please let me know.

Once a day and very very little. only what they will finish in a couple minutes. They really don't need much at all and the more you feed that doen't get eaten the worse it is on your water quality.

Chuck, you only feed the fish. The hermits and snails are the clean up crew and will pick the rockwork clean (hopefully). With two fish, you need to feed the smallest of amounts of food. If you have bubble pack packages, one cube could be cut into half, or even quartered. Turn off the pumps when you feed so the fish can find it since your tank is so large. You might even feed from the same spot so they know where to go to get food when you approach, and you can leave the pumps running as they are prepared now.

For future reference, here's an article: http://www.melevsreef.com/feedings.html

Water changes - 25% a month is good enough.

Flow - you should be fine with what you've posted, but don't be surprised if the pumps stop sweeping. They are notorious for parking in one position, even after careful cleaning.
