how can I remove scratches from the glass?

I got some small scratches, on the inside of the tank. I ran my finger nail across and I can't really feel any scratches? Is there some compound that I can used to buff it out before I fill it with water...thanks Or will it be any noticeable once fill with water?
 
I had a few scratches in my Biocube glass and they were not noticeable with water in the tank unless you were looking for them. When I posted the same question the response was there's not much you can do.
