HO T6 LIghts Anyone Have Any Experience

In my search for new T5 Lights I see quite a few vendors are adding HOT6 to their lineups -at much lower prices than T5. Gosh on ebay there are 4x54w fixtures with moonlights for $100.00.

Does anyone here know of any reviews or have any experience with HOT6 lighting?
 
it might be cheaper but how expesive are the replacement bulbs and also how many vendors sell them...plus usually the bulbs that come with fixtures are junk... you want to get aftermarket brands to get the most light into your tank
 
Be sure you get HO lighting. A lot of seller seem to forget to mention that the fixtures and bulbs are NO.

I agree with Pampee. Bulbs for t-6 will be hard to find, maybe expensive and nowhere near the flavors available to the T-5 user.

All that being said, some people like yellowish 6500 K MH bulbs and rave about the growth so its all about what you like and making an informed choice.
