Hitchhiker shrimp/crab

[While cleaning my tank today, I noticed a fairly large shrimp poking its' head out from a hole in one of the live rock. It looks purple in color, almost an exact match for coralline algae. There are 2 white diagonal marks on his head and a single white mark on his throat/thorax. Looks like a "Y". He must have come in with the live rock but that was months ago. This is the first time I saw him. Anyone have an idea as to his identity?

Also, I haven't seen the peppermint shrimp I added to the tank about a week ago. The peppermint was about 1/4 the size of this new guy. Could the peppermint been eaten or is he just hiding?

Finally, I'm sure I saw something that looked and moved like a crab. Just a quick glance and haven't seen it sincve. it was about the size of a nickel. Another possible predator for the peppermint?]

[That first one is a mantis probably, and yeah, he will eat lots of things so I've heard.

The second may or may not be bad.

Here's a hitchhiker that was a fleeting leg sighting at 6 Months then he came right out and looked around for a second sighting 3 or 4 months later. Now we know where he lives and can often see at least a leg when there is food in the water. Occasionally there will be hermit scraps outside his lair...
