Hi everybody!

[Just finally got my 75g started with the cycle. Been a long process of getting all the parts, and making sure everything is good, and customizing whatever.... ahhh... nice to see water and rock in it.

Here's a pic - please let me know what you think of the rock layout - it's my first time ever... first time to have a pet that's not a dog, actually!

Anyone have any extra Chaeto, or know someone who's got some? Or can I not put any in the 'fuge yet?]

[Good job!

Hope you left "shelves" for goodies to sit on, and spaces for fish to swim through. (It's always hard to tell with a picture!)

Good Luck!]

[I love the rockwork, because it looks natural and not man-made!

You can add cheatomorpha to your refugium now, but I wouldn't expect too much growth at first since the new tank won't have a lot of nutrients in the water yet.]

[I think the rock work is great. Id leave it the way it is. I cant think of the how many times Ive fiddled with my rock work to get it they way I wanted it. The rock itself DOES look awesome. Where did you purchase that rock?]

[Great job. Time for frozen shrimp chunks in the sump area now to help the cycle.] said:
[I haven't read that tip in my books. Does that make the cycle faster, better, or what?]

[Thanks for the kind words, guys. Just doesn't look as "full" as other tanks I see get posted, but I like it, and it's growing on me more and more - so I think I'll heed the advice and keep it as is.

I got the rock from Saltwater Paradise. Scott was a real help, and wanted to make sure I got some nice rock. There's like 105 lbs of rock there, and there are only 9 rocks in the tank, 5 of them are pretty darn big (at least compared to what I saw shopping around town for rock).

Hopefully I can put some things in there soon to help cleanup, there seems to be a bit of debris waving around in there now.]
