I need help!

I first noticed some of my yellow polyps not really fully extending and some turning from yellow to this light green color. Little did I realize that they would eventually start to shrivel up and start to die on me.

And now my zoas are starting to recede!! There is what looks like some fungus or black slime visible on one of my colonies and some live rock.

I know this should probably be in the softy forum (and I did look there for answers), but I need insight quick!

Does anyone have experience with this? Should I dip? And if so, what's most effective?

I don't want to lose any more of my babies!!!

Discoloration is not a good thing but a dip in furan-2 may help. Get a photo of it so we can see it for sure, but you may also want to locate furan-2 in the meantime.

A dip with furan-2... RO water to temp and ph of your tank water, alk too if you can manage it. Dip and swish for 5-10 mins and then put back in the tank. Repeat every 3 or 4 days until improvement is seen.

Now you can do this with tank water of course, but the RO will also help if its something else like spiders, nudi's, asterinas or something else.
